Associate Director of the Business Office (Finance/Accounting)

Digital Media Arts College is a fast growing institution that needs a star finance professional to assume Associate Director finance and accounting responsibilities in our creative, fun and fast-paced environment.?

The Associate Director of the Business Office must have 3+ years experience in the accounting field.? Work experience in an education institution is a plus.? Person should have strong working knowledge of AP, AR, GL, accruals, month-end closing and account reconciliation as well as be able to review journals and create financial statements.? This person will interface with multiple departments within the college as well as with executive management.? Strong communication skills, organizational skills and proficiency with Quickbooks, Excel and Windows-based applications are required.? This position will report to the Director of the Business Office.? Bi-lingual (English/Spanish or English/Chinese) is helpful and preferred but not required.?
