* Manage the trade funding needs for customers within the East Division business center. ?

* Work directly with Account Managers to ensure that trade funding is within specifications and meet compliance requirements. ?


* Assist Finance and Sales to ensure the trade system (COMPASS) data supports accurate trade accruals and volume forecasts.

* Provide Adhoc/ project support to Trade Compliance Team.

* Assist Account Manager in preparation for period conference calls (preparing COMPASS event printouts; coordinating calls and provide adhoc support during calls).

* Maintain critical reporting tools.

* Ensure CCA exception tracking is up to date.

* CCA and CFS Contract management.

* Work as the liaison to CFS counter parts in Chicago (work with CFS analysts to ensure events are inputted into COMPASS in a timely fashion; preparing verified contracts and managing exceptions)

* Adhoc Finance project work (ability to lead project work and drive completion; demonstrate the ability to define processes and procedures).

* On-going training and job hadowing.

* Administrative duties (vacation coverage, emails, contracts, CFS open items? issues, & filing).

* BS degree or equivalent

* Strong PC skills to include: ?

- Intermediate Excel, Pivot Tables and Word.

- Contract Administration and Audits, a plus.

* Strong communication and follow-up skills.

* Strong people skills and the ability to manage information- gathering requests.

* Must be a team-player with experience with reports/research.

* 2 to 3 years finance experience within a consumer packaged goods environment, contract administration and SOX audit experience preferred.

* Ability to interact with Sales managers.

* Must be result oriented with the ability to complete assignments timely and manage competing priorities.
