Supports the execution of the customer pricing audit program that provides a pro-active approach to resolving pricing issues. Assists in the timely response to customer audit requests by developing tools to increase the process efficiencies and to maximize chargeback $'s submitted by Cardinal. Works with Purchasing, IT, Chargebacks, Sales and other groups in identifying solutions and determining project prioritization and timeframes.

Assists in the definition, development and implementation of the Customer Audit Program to proactively identify pricing issues and communicate issues to the customer and to respond to customer requests in a timely and efficient manner as well as maximizes chargeback $'s.
Assists in the review of the pricing processes and audits for controls and performance measures while making necessary modifications.
Works with CCDB to develop a customer setup audit process including initial customer setup as well as continuous customer review.
Works with the Pricing Project Manager to develop PI Enhancements and minimize inconsistent pricing and potential exposure by improving the pricing structure.
Creates a pro-active method to stress test PI to determine that the pricing engine is correctly working as designed.
Provides investigation and resolution support for customer pricing issues identified.
Provides input with the prioritization of the solutions based on the pricing exposure and the programming timeline to ensure timely solutions are implemented.
Assists in the documentation and testing of the newly developed system processes.

B. S. or B. A. in Accounting and/or Finance and 3-5 years related experience.
Strong analytical skills and organizational, planning and leadership abilities.
Strong PC skills (MS Project, Excel, Word, Access and query tools).
Ability to define, document and evaluate a process and to communicate plans to improve a process.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
