Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Administer the Health and Welfare benefit plans for approximately 3,000 employees (including reporting and compliance testing)Manage the analysis and execution of all medical, dental, life insurance, disability, flexible spending election Organize annual open enrollment for health and welfare plans, including employee communications and coordination with insurance carriers for benefit changes and rate increases  Analyze benefit plan information for outsourcing initiatives.Handle and resolve employee questions and problems relating to benefit plan issuesInterface with vendors regarding policy interpretation, administration and resolution of problemsCoordinate monthly invoices for payment.  Work on implementation and administer employee stock purchase plan

 

 

Educational Qualifications: Bachelors requiredAccounting experience preferredMust be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint Experience in an outsourcing environmentADP experience preferredCEBS preferred
