Job Description

Supports the Latin American subsidiaries in meeting overall objectives by preparing management reports, analyzing financial data, and providing recommendations to improve business performance. Key customers include Latin American Subsidiaries and Epson America International Senior Management.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

Financial Analysis

?  Prepares budget tools and consolidates data for the budget process for each Latin American Subsidiary and the consolidated Latin budget

?  Prepares quarterly management report by product line for each Latin American Subsidiary and total Latin America

?  Provides data for quarterly profit/loss forecast for each Latin American Subsidiary and the consolidated Latin forecast

?  Identifies potential problems with Latin American Subsidiary financial information and collaborates with EAI Accounting group to resolve discrepanciesDevelops new reports and prepares standard reports and presentations to inform senior management of important trends and activities in the Latin American Subsidiaries

 

Relationship Management

?  Provides coaching and mentoring to Latin America team members

?  Builds strong relationships with Accounting and Finance departments and Subsidiary peers to best meet company goals and objectives

 

Department Management

?  Participates in the development of annual budget forecasts; participates in updating and reconciling operating and budget plans as required

 

Job Qualifications

 

?  Bachelor?s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance

?  A minimum of  2 years of experiences as a financial analyst or business analyst  experience preparing management reports, analyzing financial data, and providing recommendations to improve business performance financial

?  Advanced Excel skills; Solid database software (Approach or Access) and Visual Basic skills

? Must have the ability to Read and Speak Spanish

?  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
