We are looking for a Billing Analyst to join our expanding team.  The Billing Analyst will report to the Controller and will perform all aspect of billing with some responsibilities of Accounts Receivable Management 

 

Job Description:

 Coordinate with Business Ops to produce monthly client billingConduct monthly revenue reconciliation analysisEnter billing batches into accounting system for postingKeep client and vendor records up to dateCoordinate collection efforts, including resolving billing discrepanciesAssist in complying with Sarbanes Oxley internal control testingPerform and/or lead special projects and analysis on an as needed basis.

 

Required Skills/Experience and Education

 

? BS in Accounting

? 4-6 years Billing and Collections Experience

? Ability to work independently and see projects from start to finish, yet work in a team environment

? Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

? Strong MS Office (Excel, Word, etc) skills

? Able to work overtime as needed

? Peoples Soft A+
