We?ll count on you to create and maintain (troubleshoot) financial models. You?ll utilize various systems within Bond Analytics to calculate timely distribution payments and prepare, read, interpret and analyze sales agreements, private placement memorandums, prospectus and relayed supplements, indenture, or pooling and servicing agreements cash flows for all securitizations on a monthly basis.

 

Position Specifics

?  Define/refine deal and application specifications. Understand business objectives to ensure technical, REMIC and process implications are incorporated in the process design.  Anticipate programming and process issues, design and maintain data models, and document implementation of specifications.

?  Support Bond Administration in its responsibility to ensure the timely delivery of information to investors, third parties and other regulatory entities, as well as internal data users. Run technical production tasks, perform testing and results reconciliation, and provide training and assistance to Administrators.

?  Model new securitizations assigned in either Intex, Mulscr, or the Home Equity Distribution systems.

?  Tie out of all Intex cash flow models to current system in order to migrate to Intex software for all distribution calculations for existing portfolio.

?  Model all new securitizations in Intex software in order to migrate distribution calculations from existing systems.

?  Run all existing security models monthly to calculate distribution on Intex and tie out to other existing system.

?  Support the development of a Data Platform to support the use of Intex software for distribution calculations.

 

 

Requirements:

?  Bachelor?s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering

?  Grad-level coursework in Finance, Mathematics, or related field desired
