Budget and Program Analyst

JOB DUTIES:

Senior-level position supporting senior Government Managers(Director level) and senior staff of the Chief Information Office office. The candidate must have and active Top Secret clearance with SCI access and Lifestyle Polygraph. Responsible for providing congressional-level reports and briefings. Review and assess major programs as part performance evaluation. Able to track costs by requirements and quickly reflect requirement changes. Able to quickly respond to customer financial queries. Develop reports running what if scenarios and dynamic reporting requirements. Participates in budget preparation and may authorize minor budget expenditures. Performs cost/schedule variance analysis and provides resulting recommendations. Recommends procedures to be used to monitor programs, organizations or proposals. Interprets and implements cost proposal estimating, pricing and documentation requirements.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

***TS/SCI with CI polygraph*** We are looking for a highly motivated, problem solver that works well, both in teams and independently, in a fast paced environment. SAP, SAIC Systems, and inter-company experience a plus. Prefer previous cost reporting budgeting variance analysis, EAC and plan experience. Pricing experience is helpful.

Education:

Bachelors Degree - Business Management, Finance or Accounting; Masters Degree preferred
