Business Analyst

Job Summary:
You will be responsible for providing analytical pricing support for employees and management involved in sales functions. Using queries, data mining techniques, and statistical analysis, you will analyze trends related to pricing of products and services, and assist with creating ongoing pricing strategy. You will provide recommendations on customer segmentation, determining bid floors and ceilings based on segmentation, identify outliers, and encourage continuous pricing improvement by providing analysis on pricing data and pricing trends.

To Be Successful in this position, you need the following skills and experience:
?Bachelor's Degree; preferably in a business acumen, or equivalent experience may be substituted for degree
?2-4 years experience in a business analysis type position
?Intermediate experience using MS Excel, and MS Access, and knowledge of basic SQL commands.
?Must be able to run queries in MS Access, SQL, and use data mining techniques
?Must be able to analyze data using basic statistical analysis.
?Must be able to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
?Experience using Zilliant is a plus.
