Position Overview

 

Assists Capital Manager in reconciliation of management Project Accounting capital reports to GL reports. Assists in the reconciliation of Fixed Asset capital reports to approved capital budgets.

Assists Capital Manager in providing ad hoc analysis of various capital expenditures to approved budget as required by management to support business decisions.) Assists Capital Manager with driving business process and communication through various departments and the accounting org as it relates to Capital budgets and program acceptance.

 

Assist Capital Manager with Analysis of monthly budget to actual review and assist in gathering quarterly re-forecast projections. Assists Capital manager in uploading re-forecasts into Oracle Project Accounting.Assist Capital Manager in deploying the monthly reporting program for Capital and system related issues as it relates to deploying that program. Work with contractors on development of additional reports as needed.

 

Qualifications

 

Minimum of 2 years experience involving multiple analysis and design projects. - Minimum of 2 years managing multiple analysis projects with an emphasis on timely and cost-effective delivery - Must have experience in a team environment in multi-task development. - Strong knowledge of Microsoft excel; modeling techniques and financial analysis; budgeting and forecasting tools and methods.
