In-house audit: inventory, SOP's, Freight Payment, Security compliance

Carrier incentive monitoring
Outbound Logistics cost variance vs BP (by sales company) analysis and review
Internal control - audit process SOP
AFC II - $60M logistics cost savings/ avoidance involvement by specific projects


Qualifications Requested:
Function as a Business Partner; therefore there is no direct report into this position. However, will need to effectively collaborate with multi-departments both internally and externally
Although not part of PNA Accounting, this position requires specific experience in finance, internal control/ audit in order to act as a liaison between PNA-L and Accounting as well as basic knowledge in logistics operation
College Degree in Business with major in Accounting or Logistics required.
Internal candidates should have 3 - 5 years of managerial Accounting and preferably 1 - 2 years of Logistics related experience.
For external candidates, a minimum of 5 - 7 years and 2 - 3 years respectively of similar experience are required.
Require frequent interaction with various Department Heads with PNA-L as well as cross companies on occasion. At times, necessary to make full explanations and formal presentations to management up to Company Presidents on specific subjects, issues and ideas.
