Business Analyst Supervisor

 

Total Call International, a telecommunications provider, is looking for an Operations Analyst to head up its analytical team.  This individual will be responsible for analyzing and maintaining margins on various products.  Extensive analytical experience required and the ability to manage through large amounts of data.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Support the Sales Department with evaluating product sales trends and developing analysis for new product development Analyze and provide detail margin analysis by productDevelop contribution margin models by productProvide wholesale cost analysis and evaluate cost efficienciesAdvise management on actions to optimize the profitability of productsSupervise and direct a staff of financial analysts

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

?  Graduate degree with an emphasis in statistics, mathematics, or analytics

?  Experience in handling and extracting large sums of data directly from databases

?  Strong Access, Excel, and SQL knowledge required

?  Prior experience within a telecommunications company would be preferred, but not required

 

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

 Prior supervisory experienceStrong analytical capabilitiesAbility to communicate effectively with various levels of managementDetail-orientedWell-developed verbal and written communication skills
