We currently have an opening for a Business Analyst in Woodland Hills, California.

 

Overview: 

Manage the business model, metrics, forecasting and invoice management for the Voice business unit and Telecom operations of the Company.

 

Responsibilities: 

1. Synthesize latest operational data and new program initiatives into detailed projections and business models for external and internal use in the areas of Telecom and VoIP

2. Distill key business metrics from historical results and/or projected data to create and manage business metrics and financial results

3. Review and validate Telecom and Voice-related invoices against operational data and projections; work with Accounting to manage payment against the invoices; and work with Legal to file any disputes

4. Perform business analyses, including trend and sensitivity analyses, to determine impact of business decisions

5. Prepare regular or ad hoc reports or PowerPoint presentations for senior management

 

Qualifications: 

1. Bachelor?s degree in business, finance or accounting related field

2. 2~3 years of experience as a business analyst or financial analyst

3. Working knowledge of accounting and financial theory

4. Expertise in building and managing comprehensive business and financial models on Microsoft Excel

5. Expertise in preparing reports on Microsoft Word or in PowerPoint presentation

6. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to gather information from multiple sources

7. Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and accomplish tasks with minimal guidance

8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
