Automotive Information Systems Business Analyst Position Requirements:

?  Identifies, implements, and manages policies, procedures, and processes that contribute to the business objectives

?  Works with business users to define business process design, business/system requirements, and translates those requirements into functional design and future state process documentation or RFI/RFP documents

?  Assists in business case development for new projects

?  Develops expertise in the relevant business area and ensures that the system applications support the current and planned future needs of the business

?  Responsible for supporting the execution of application plans and strategis, information system (IS) architectures, investment, and service delivery strategies in alignment with the business prioritiesEnsures IS project is executed with quality, efficiency, and maximum probability of success by adhering to Project Management Office (PMO) project governance procedures 

 

Minimum Qualifications:Experience with customer relationship management, vendor management, project management, and business process modelingStrong analytical, oral and written communicationsInterpersonal and conflict resolution skillsTen or more years of related experience at a professional levelBachelor?s degree in a related discipline (will consider equivalent related college or technical coursesAdvanced degree preferredAdvanced knowledge of modeling tools, word processor, spreadsheet, PC or mainframe applications to create specialized applications or products of a highly technical nature
