BUSINESS FINANCIAL ANALYST

Coordinate, facilitate, monitor, and track financial goals and results.  Design and communicate recommended quality plans and alternative solutions to improve overall financial objectives and operational performance.  Create, document and analyze financial process improvements.  Develop new and enhance existing internal financial tools and applications. Train operations on new and existing financial tools. Perform special assignments and support of departmental objectives.



 

Required Experience

3-5 years exposure to financial forecasting or budgeting.  2-5 years experience in project and operations management with in a call center environment preferred.  Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.  Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment.  Must have strong Excel skills.  Hyperion knowledge a plus.  Oracle experience a plus.
