The Reorganization Services practice helps businesses that are underperforming or facing financial loss, from the earliest stages of financial distress and turnaround through the bankruptcy process if that becomes necessary.? Key services include: Business and Operations Review, Liquidity Management, Capital Markets Assistance, Asset Disposition Review, Workout/Bankruptcy Tasks, In and Out of Bankruptcy Court Representation and Debt Restructuring/Refinancing.

Possess 8 to 10 years in claims experience preferably dealing with insurance related issues such as business interruption, extra expenses, property damage, contingent business interruption, etc.
Demonstrated ability to work directly with risk managers and client personnel in the successful
development and preparation of insurance claims
Possess experience and skills in the negotiation of claims including presentations to underwriters, brokers, adjusters, insurance company appointed accountants and other claim related experts
Demonstrated track record of business generation and sales including established network of risk manager, insurance broker and attorney contacts
Possess strong project management capabilities including ability to lead teams of professionals, manage client expectations, generate work product and effectively communicate results (in verbal and written forms)
Strong finance or accounting background is required, a CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) or an MBA
would be desirable but is not mandatory
Ability to travel is a must
