Business news reporter needed to anchor audio news service. S/he will deliver market data, business, economic and political news which can affect both equities and futures markets. Candidate must be proficient with PCs and broadcast equipment, and have professional delivery.


Responsibilities and requirements:

?Will work independently without an editor and is responsible for presenting news of importance to investors and traders that is accurate, up-to-the-minute, precise and unbiased.
?Will cover events from pre-market opening to after close on a daily basis.
?Bachelor?s college degree required.
?2 plus years on-air radio or television experience.
?Must have on-air delivery acceptable to clients.
?Must be able to report clearly and accurately reading off-screen headlines and copy under the pressure.
?Must be facile with the use of the Internet as a news gathering resource and be able to scan many Web sites and news sources.
