The Tailored Portfolio Group (TPG) manages assets across many asset classes for HNW and UHNW clients of the Private Bank and Smith Barney. With approximately $15 billion in assets under management as of February 28, 2006, TPG manages a broad suite of investment strategies within single and multi-asset class products.

Role:

?

Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer for TPG, the primary role of the TPG Business Risk Administrator? is to provide day-to-day and business support to the TPG CAO in the execution of business responsibilities.?

Some Key Responsibilities:

?Support the business in maintaining critical policies and procedures for the US based businesses including providing support for off shore build initiatives.

?Work with US Brokerage Committee to ensure all responsibilities are properly executed. Work with Co-Chairs to administer policies.??

?Assist various functional teams such as Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Audit in working with the TPG to meet regulatory and corporate requirements

?Assist FI Trading Desk in documentation requirements as they expand functionality of the unit.

?Assume responsibility to build out Pricing Committee requirements and procedures.

?Working with TPG CAO, assume responsibility to centralize all TPG SLAs & Contracts relevant to TPG.



Qualifications

?

Bachelor's degree required, MBA / CFA/ or Law degree preferred.? Minimum of 5 years experience in the Investments industry including all related activities, with Banking regulatory experience a plus.

?

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, excellent interpersonal skills, problem solving, and team work skills.? Should be a self-starter and possess a strong desire to grow with the position, taking on added challenges and responsibilities.? Must be a team player that can work well individually or in a group.
