Business and Finance Analyst

You will work with business and technology partners to collect, analyze and document business requirements across equity compensation product lines in Corporate Employee Financial Services (CEFS), our stock plan administration business. You will manage project deliverables from scoping through implementation. Your duties will include creating project plans, running and documenting project meetings, tracking/resolving action items, updating business processes, keeping stakeholders informed, etc. You will work with Technical teams and Quality Assurance to ensure deployment of product that meets requirements; work with business partners to ensure proper integration into existing business processes.

Basic Qualifications
You are a professional with a college degree, a minimum of three years Project Management experience and seven plus years of experience with technology based Financial Products and Services, and the ability to communicate with clients (internal and external). Your new position requires knowledge of Financial services need and knowledge of Equity Compensation (i.e., stock options, restricted stock, ESPP) FASB Rules. You must be able to work autonomously with good judgment, decision making, and risk management skills.
