CFO to $150,000

Transportation/logistics company located in Northern, NJ has an excellent opportunity for a CFO. This company, founded over 15 years ago, has sustained tremendous growth in the last few years, increasing revenue approximately 50% in the last year alone. Reporting directly to the President, the CFO will have a dual role: overseeing the day to day accounting operations as well as guiding the overall financial strategic direction of the company as it continues to grow. The CFO will provide the President with the information needed to make sound business decisions as well as serving as a key member of the executive team. Day to day responsibilities include preparation of consolidated financial statements and budgets: Manage 8 people in accounting in corporate office, formulate and administer financial policies and procedures, Analysis and reporting on financial reports, Review of all tax returns and actively working with tax accountants, and performance of due diligence on acquisitions.
