CT Modality Commercial MF - DI Equipment

CITY: Waukesha STATE: Wisconsin COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
Drive profitable growth in the diagnostic imaging business through insightful analysis, transactional support and true business partnership with the U.S. Modality General Manager.

Responsibilities include:
* Financial ownership of Sales to CM, including forecasts and estimates
* Driving monthly operating mechanisms and analytics surrounding pricing, mix, backlog, share...all in the context of market, competitor and regulatory forces
* Identifying and communicating key opportunities and risks to financial commitments
* Assist in identifying growth opportunities through segmentation & pricing analysis
* Develop financial models/provide analysis to assist leadership team evaluate new commercial offerings
* Lead key strategic planning processes (Growth Playbook, SII, annual Operating Plans)
* Liaison with global supply chain on operational performance impacting modality financials
* Strong controllership focus, especially training of Modality team on revenue recognition and commercial practices


Qualifications/Requirements:
* BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration and a minimum of five years of financial work experience; or High School Diploma/GED and minimum of fifteen years financial work experience
* Strong skills in Oracle or equivalent ERP system and business intelligence tools (COGNOS)
* Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
* Clear thinking / problem solving: successfully led projects/process improvement within operations/finance function; able to quickly grasp new ideas
* Excellent communication skills: experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and regions; able to clearly communicate complex financial information in a easy to understand manner; able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing
* You must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including for example, verification of past employment, criminal history, and educational background
* You must be willing to take a drug test
* You must be legally authorized to work in the United States
* You must be willing to work out of an office located in Waukesha, WI


Desired:
* Graduate of GE's Financial Management Program (FMP), Experienced Financial Leadership Program (EFLP) or Corporate Audit Staff (CAS); or graduate of other financial leadership programs
* Cost accounting or manufacturing finance experience
* Six Sigma trained and Green Belt Certified
