Job Description
?
The Senior Manager will leverage knowledge and experience to manage the delivery of risk advisory solutions to leading consumer and commercial lending organizations including credit card, captive finance companies, large telecommunications and wireless companies, and key organization in the energy industry.? Projects will focus on credit processes, controls, credit and behavioral scoring tools and techniques, portfolio analytics, loss forecasting and operational transformation.? Typically, engagements are client-specific and designed to yield operational efficiencies, improved cash flows, reduced operating expenses,
reduced financial risk and deployment of technology.?

Minimum requirements:
?
The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who works well independently or as part of a team.? The senior managerial candidate should have 10 or more years experience in the Credit Risk industry at a financial services organization, service provider or a consulting firm.? A BA/BS in an analytical, IT, business or finance-related undergraduate degree is required.? An MBA, CPA or MA/MS in finance or accounting is preferred. ?The selected candidate will possess the following:

4Credit Risk operations
4Credit risk management practices and methodologies
4Credit risk evaluation, including qualitative and quantitative approaches, as well as cash flow modeling and forecasting
4Credit modeling, analytics, loss forecasting
4Credit risk mitigation techniques
4Regulatory compliance and statutory
4Collection and call center
operations
4Leading practices in credit processes, policies, reporting, etc.
4Credit systems and technologies to enable efficient execution of the areas above
4Understanding of capital markets activities and applications.
4Project management experience including the application of standard project management methodology
4Experience managing and motivating large teams of individuals
4Experience effectively interfacing with senior management and executives especially in client management situations
4Ability to team and network within the organization and externally with clients
4Strong communications skills both oral and written with outstanding presentation skills
4Willingness to travel (extensive travel may be involved)
4Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
Visio, Access and Project, is also required.
