Description:

Complies with the business principals, ethical standards, legal obligations, and policy as outlined in Caremark's Compliance & Integrity program. Position is responsible for the daily posting of transactions to individual client accounts. Posting transactions are comprised of the following items; third party payments, client co-payments, credit card transactions, adjustments, disbursements, transfer vouchers, and other various transactions, generated by the Redlands AR Management department, refunds, and unapplied cash.

 

Qualifications:

One to two years experience. Customer service orientation

 

Education:

High school graduate or equivalent.

 

Experience:

Ability to understand written instruction, business memo, procedures and correspondence. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to define problems and relay to the appropriate individual. Ability to interpret policies/procedures/instructions. Responsible for maintaining multiple deadlines and priorities.
