Cash Applications Specialist

Description:
Apply Conference cash received to the appropriate accounts.
Maintain and provide current information regarding the status of particular accounts and of billing receivables in general.
Direct collections activity for assigned Special Events during the season.
Prepare and help facilitate the reconciliation, ticking and tying, and closing out of the credit card machines daily.

Qualifications:
2 - 4 years of experience working in an accounting function.
Familiarity with basic accounting procedures.
Knowledge of key accounting functions and applications.
Strong aptitude for working with numbers, and excellent computer skills.
