Cash Manager - Treasury

Wheels, Inc., one of the top fleet leasing/fleet management companies in the United States, located in Des Plaines Illinois, is looking for a Cash Manager - Treasury to join our staff.

 

Main responsibilities:

 

Cash Management - monitor cash position in domestic and selected international accounts, manage daily corporate liquidity needs and position, monitor and maintain bank relationship administrative issues including resolutions/certificates of incumbency/signature cards related to corporate bank accounts, FX transaction implementation including fundings for European, Canadian, and Latin American affiliates.

 

Corporate Financing - initiate daily commercial paper transactions with traders.

 

Accounting - oversee interface with financial account group as it relates to general ledger activity generated by cash activity and inter-company cash movements as well as interfacing on compliance and audit questions.

 

If you possess the following skills we'd love to hear from you:

 BA/BS in Accounting/Finance/Economics7 years related experience including financial/accounting analysisKnowledge of cash management products and processes of U.S. financial institutionsFamiliarity with cash/bank management systems
