The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for directing all fiscal functions of this closely held international real estate organization.? This position is located in our Corporate Office in Center City Philadelphia.

Our ideal candidate will have prior experience in the Real Estate industry.? A well developed business acumen and understanding of all aspects of financial management are critical to performing at the level expected of this key management position. ?Additionally, communication skills that allow the building of strong relationships with employees and corporate management are essential. ?High energy and passion along with the ability to develop a trust with management and staff is required.

This position requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience, Bachelor?s Degree/Master?s Degree Preferred; CPA required.
