Client Acct Admnstr Supervisor-Miami

Job Description -- The Client Account Administrator (CAA) Supervisor's position will provide team
direction as this group manages the firms financial reporting, client billing,
AP, independence and engagement support activities.

In this role the successful candidate will be responsible for the local
deployment of staff members, providing technical support and direction,
handling internal client escalations, and overseeing the development of the
local CAA team members.

This individual will support the management team in the building and
strengthening of internal customer relationships and creating a premiere
customer service environment for our staff members.

Specific Responsibilities:
? Manage in the day-to-day operations of the functional department/area to
ensure the timely and accurate processing, analysis, or reporting of financial
data.
? Build and strengthen customer/client relationships while driving a customer
service mentality throughout the local organization.
? Assess the skills and development needs of the CAA staff in supporting
engagement management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reporting,
project management, risk management transactions
? Develop and implement controls and procedures to ensure that processing,
analysis or reporting is done timely and accurately.
? Coach and mentor members of the team in a wide variety of areas including but
not limited to: teaming, interpersonal skills, relationship building and
business knowledge. (i.e. setting performance objectives and goals, prepares
performance evaluations, hiring and staff counseling process)
? Must be willing to support and advance a changing work environment

3 years related Finance and client management experience
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
Bachelors Degree preferred

? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of business products and various other
