Client Relationship Management Assistant

CALAMOS INVESTMENTS is a trusted global investment firm headquartered in Naperville, Illinois. Specializing in security research and money management since 1977, the firm provides professional money management services to clients that include major corporations, public and private institutions, pension funds, insurance companies and individuals. Overseeing separately managed accounts, a family of mutual funds, and three closed end funds, Calamos Investments manages equity, convertible growth, convertible, high yield, global, and alternative investment strategies.

CALAMOS is seeking a highly qualified individual to join their Client Relationship Management team to assist in day-to-day responsibilities within the Client Relationship Management Department which may include participation in client meeting preparation, folder creation, maintenance of client intelligence, general client reporting, data entry, etc. This role provides general administrative support to the department with filing, routine correspondence, organization of marketing library and other basic duties as assigned.  In addition, the CRM Assistant will participate in special projects as needed.

 

The ideal candidate will have a college degree with orientation toward the Investment/Finance Industry, the ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines and be proficient with computer applications including Excel, Word, Power Point. Good organizational skills, high attention to detail

and excellent verbal and written communication are essential.
