UBS International Inc. (UBS-I) is a U.S. registered Broker-Dealer and a sister-company of UBS Financial Services Inc. (UBS-FS). UBS-I is part of UBS's Wealth Management International (WMI) division and operates in partnership with their Private Banking group. Its core business model provides U.S.-centric wealth management solutions to High Net Worth clients who reside outside of the United States. UBS-I is headquartered in New York and maintains branches in New York, Florida, Texas, California, and Arizona. UBS-I employs over 375 professionals, of which approximately half are Financial Advisors.

Since its inception in 2002, UBS-I has experienced unprecedented success on several fronts, including asset growth, revenue production, and industry reputation. As a result of this success, we are continuing to grow our presence in the Miami area. UBS-I is looking for a dedicated Client Sevices Associate (CSA) who can provide administrative and operational support to our Financial Advisors.

Role Overview

CSAs work within a local Branch of the UBS International division and reports to the Branch Management Team.

CSAs support Financial Advisor(s) while servicing client needs. They are responsible for ensuring that administrative and organizational arrangements and client related processes are completed and continuously improved. They assist and support the Financial Advisors' relationship with the clients to provide exceptional service in terms of accuracy and efficiency.

They also act as intermediaries to other internal Branch clients, including management, other Client Service Associates, Branch Technology Liaisons, and Operations.

CSAs are the point of entry for processing client orders, handling client queries, and trouble-shooting transaction issues. They work as part of the Financial Advisor Team and are responsible for all administrative and logistical issues for their respective team. CSAs have direct client contact and responds to requests while supporting the Financial Advisors.

CSAs, if registered appropriately, may also market products and services and represent UBS International and their Financial Advisor's business.

Basic Qualifications
Bilingual English and Spanish preferred, Portuguese a plus

Series 7 & 66 preferred

Excellent phone etiquette, proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance or previous experience working in a financial services firm (at least 3 years)

Professional demeanor; possesses a positive attitude and demeanor

Has quick turnaround discipline; high attention to detail and personal standard

Articulate (excellent verbal/written communication skills) actively listens; possesses high level of patience

Ability to use good judgment, recognizes urgency and takes appropriate action; can handle confidential information

Able to work independently with strong administrative/problem solving skills

Highly organized and able to prioritize; ability to multi-task in a highly visible fast-paced, team-oriented environment and think outside the box

Ability to interface with all levels of Executive Management

Must be a flexible, open-minded team player with excellent organizational and technological and communications skills
