Moody?s KMV?s products are widely used around the globe by credit risk investors, including global and regional banking institutions, buy/sell side organizations and corporations, to assess the risk and return characteristics of portfolios of corporate bonds, commercial and industrial loans, and credit derivatives.
Position: Client Support Associate
Location: San Francisco, California
As a Client Support Associate, you will be part of our Client Support & Sales group that is responsible for supporting our clients in the implementation and application of our leading edge, PC and internet based credit risk measurement, and management products.
Primary Responsibilities: Interact with clients via the website, email, telephone and face to face around product features, functionality and application Understand and explain data and complex financial models on a conceptual and intuitive level Escalate requests appropriately while maintaining ownership of client interaction Identify, capture, and channel client feedback on product features and functionality to Product Managers Originate content for customer Knowledge Base Provide constructive feedback to Sales and Training group regarding client training needs
Minimum Qualifications: Business Administration, Economics, Physical Science/Engineering, Social Sciences, or technical degree Strong customer service skills and an eagerness to excel and be a part of a dynamic, fast growing team Superb analytical skills and persistence in problem solving Attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly Excellent verbal/written communication skills Demonstrated creativity, flexibility, enthusiasm and willingness to learn Excellent organizational skills Working knowledge of Windows based software (Excel, Access, Word, etc.) Exposure to financial industry, banking and/or debt markets is a plus
