Collections Dispute Resolution Coordinator

CITY: Salt Lake City STATE: Utah COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
Responsible for the management and resolution of disputed invoices from past due accounts. Work with the operational and collection teams to arrive at solutions to disputes and/or concerns from customers. Provide operational teams with analysis of dispute trends for process improvement and to reduce disputed invoice percent from 85% to 50% in the first year. Create metrics for Credit and Collections manager to report out collections performance.

1. Track every disputed invoice and the owner of the dispute.

2. Coordinate communication between operational and collections team to provide solutions for customers.

3. Interface with equipment and service teams to clear disputes.

4. Prepare financial reports required by management relative to current and forecasted collections.

5. Compile accurate analyses and schedules to analyze receivables performance.

6. Other related tasks as assigned.

7. Comply with GE Healthcare EHS, Quality and other policies.

Qualifications/Requirements:
High school diploma or GED

Proficient in MS Office Software: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills

Demonstrate tenacity and persistence to meet goals

Desired:
2+ years of previous collections experience.
