Commercial Analyst, Imaging Solutions-Americas

Integrated IT Solutions (IITS) is a $1.5B Global Healthcare IT company based in Barrington, IL. Imaging Solutions represents ~$700MM of IITS's total revenue. The Commercial Analyst position has responsibility for commercial support of the Imaging Solutions Americas business. In 2006, this represents ~$400MM of revenue predominately in the United States.

Primary responsibilities and experiences of this position include:
*Total ownership of forecasting and analysis of Imaging Solutions-Americas Orders, Sales, and Standard Margins
*Leading SII and OP for the Imaging Solutions Americas top lines (Orders and Sales)
*Key strategic partner of Imaging Solutions Commercial leaders (Sales and Marketing)
*Direct involvement in deal structuring to ensure the best economic and accounting outcome for GE Shareholders
*Key liaison between the Commercial team and the Controllership team to ensure accounting policies are understood and provide first point of contact for Revenue Recognition inquiries. Identify and mitigate any potential accounting issues associated with new product offerings/deal structurings.
*Partnering with Imaging Solutions Pricing and Marketing functions to maximize profitability of product offerings
*Key input into distribution strategy including organization design and incentive compensation

Qualifications/Requirements:
*Minimum 3-5 years of Finance experience
*Proven communication and leadership skills
*Demonstrated analytical, process and problem solving skills
*Business presence, ability to interact/influence senior management
*Demonstrated GE leadership values

Desired:
*FMP or CAS preferred
*Green Belt Certified
*Working knowledge of Software Rev Rec policies (SOP 97-2 and SOP 81-1)
*Controllership experience
