Commercial Real Estate Loan Administration (CRELA) seeks a Real Estate Disbursement and Loan Servicing Supervisor for 1717 Main Street, Dallas location.


 


The candidate requires a strong working knowledge of real estate loan disbursements, experience in project cost accounting, previous risk management procedures and loan documentation experience to be successful. The ability to not only work well, but also help create and maintain a team environment is a must for this position.


 


The Supervisor maintains a small portfolio consisting of high profile clients or a specialized product type dealing with complex credits with multiple collateral, tax credits, pricing options, participating banks and multiple equity sources.  He/she will be responsible for coordinating and supervising activities of team members.  Team member portfolio activities include reviewing, understanding, and administering loans in accordance with the loan agreement, Bank policy and established procedures; regularly updating and utilizing the loan disbursement program to manage an assigned portfolio; process loan fundings, rate changes, loan billings, payoffs, collateral releases and managing internal and external client requests or needs. Coordinate and assign new transactions.  Provide mentoring, training to new and existing team members.  Assists with the creation and implementation of departmental procedures and special projects.  Monitors monthly reports.  Actively participates in various developmental committee meetings.  Prepares and gives reviews.  Monitors sick/personal/vacation days of team members.  Conducts team meetings. 


 


This role has a high level of responsibility and is expected to proactively interact with loan officers and external clients and constitutes a vital function in the Commercial Real Estate Loan Administration process. This person must have advanced written and verbal communication skills and the ability to explain in detail the business process to internal and external clients, as well as provide leadership in a positive and proactive manner.


 


Reports to Regional Loan Administration Manager. 

 


Qualifications:


 


Real Estate Knowledge or RE Experience as a Disburser, Construction Escrow, Project Cost Analyst/Accountant or Escrow Officer is mandatory

Must have proven Customer Service experience, problem resolution, and judgment skills


Computer literate with MS Word, Excel and Lotus Notes
