Stock Building Supply is leading the industry in building material distribution to professional contractors. We are looking for a Construction Loan Manager in our new location in Green Cove Springs, FL near Jacksonville.

BASIC DUTIES: Management of the construction loan office and all lending activities in Green Cove Springs, FL and the outlying area. Specific responsibilities include sales and marketing of the loan program; credit review and underwriting of loan applications; project inspection; disbursement management; loan portfolio management; and profit and loss responsibility for the construction lending activities in the market.

REQUIREMENTS:A college degree along with a minimum of four years work experience in a lending, credit, construction finance, or financial services sales related field is required. The successful candidate will need to balance the marketing and sales of construction lending with managing credit risk within the market?s loan portfolio. Ability to work will with customers, internal support staff, and local operations management and sales force. Proficiency with PC and MS Office is required.
