Job Description:

The Risk Management Manager will be the provider of regulatory compliance, internal audit, loan review, or related consulting services for financial institutions in the Great Lakes Region. Manager will analyze engagement requests and manage various incharges responsible for client engagements.

The person in this role will work in a team environment where creativity and "thinking outside the box" is encouraged and rewarded. There are also opportunities for professional growth and advancement due to growth of department and a system that rewards performance.

Qualifications:

-Minimum of four years direct compliance experience as a compliance auditor of a bank, public accounting firm or government agency. .Requires oral and written communication and presentation skills, relationship building skills, and software usage skills.
-Some minor travel may be required.
