Position Location: Bethesda office with regional travel to our clients in the Mid Atlantic as well as the potential for some overnight travel.

Position Overview:
This is an opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing Risk Management team within one of the most profitable regions in our firm. Our continued growth has resulted in our need for a Senior Associate to join our Risk Management Consulting Practice.

The Senior Associate position is responsible for providing consulting services to clients to help them manage risk, improve financial and operational performance and strengthen internal controls. Preferred candidates will possess an understanding of financial or operational business processes and controls, developing and executing work programs,
reviewing work product, interviewing clients, creating client
deliverables, and performing project management. Candidates may work on a diverse range projects, including internal audits, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and financial and operational consulting for a variety of industries.


Experience Required and Preferred:
The ideal candidate should have a combination of the following experience:
? Minimum of two to four years experience in internal audit
? Business improvement background with various industries
? Prior public accounting or internal audit experience


Required experience includes:
? Bachelors degree in business or a related field
? Ability to commute to client locations throughout the Mid Atlantic
? Flexibility for some overnight travel
? Strong project management skills
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Strong analytical skills and knowledge of controls


Preferred experience (not required):
? Consulting experience
? Public accounting experience
? Sarbanes-Oxley Experience
? CPA Certification
? CIA Certification
