Our client is a Global 100 Consumer Products organization that seeks an individual for the growing Finance department.  In this role you will help develop and coordinate the financial planning process, develop the financial forecasts for the business and work with the sales and marketing teams in analyzing budget versus actual variances.  You must possess strong communication skills as in this role you will have lot's of interaction with senior management.  You must be creative and business minded and able to give advice to the organization on cost savings approaches. 

 

Ideal candidate will have an MBA and 3+ years of Finance/Accounting experience in a Consumer goods environment.  You must show Demonstrated progress in Strategic Influencing, Team Commitment, Organizational Awareness and Breakthrough Thinking.  Lot's of room for growth.  Hyperion knowledge is helpful.
