Contract Analyst

Clearly, we are well positioned for the future. We are currently looking for a qualified Contract Analyst to join our Federal Sales Finance team at Herndon, VA office.

This position is responsible to research, review and process new business contracts, as well as, supporting sales and working closely with other groups by providing customer information, ensuring the integrity of CA's databases and resolving key issues. The Contracts Analyst will process, reconcile and review the accuracy of information entered into CA systems (SAP) as it compares to the quote/contract prior to final contract approval.

Responsibilities include requesting all necessary database changes as a result of new business while also identifying, documenting and communicating special billing and shipping requirements. The Contracts Analyst will also research system (SAP) conversion and contract issues while ensuring the integrity of customer information. CA's Sales Finance team is undergoing a transformation, and this is an exciting time to join our evolving team.

Candidates must have a minimum of one year experience in an accounting, finance, or compensation role, excellent analytical and organizational skills, and the proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines. Flexibility to working extended hours is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required, Word and Access is preferred. A Finance or business related degree is preferred.
