Contract Billing Analyst

Responsible for analyzing contracts and contract automation, issuing credits, creating special reporting for contract customers, providing efficient and timely solutions to invoice or customer issues, monitoring and reporting work volume statistics to ensure goals are met, providing detailed and timely completion of daily, weekly and monthly tasks as customer and department expectations require.

 

Job Qualifications/Required Skills:

 

Customer service skills, PC and Microsoft Access/Excel experience.  Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, analytical skills, organizational skills.
