Contract Specialist

well positioned for the future. We are currently looking for a qualified Contract Specialist at our South San Francisco, CA office.

The Contract Specialist's main focus is to work with Sales Executives to understand the business proposals and any special business terms that should be reflected in the contract paperwork, will construct the paperwork and will work with our Global Sales Organization (GSO) and Legal on the review and approval of any non- standard contract documents, which includes the identification of referenceable license agreements. The Contract Specialist will also coordinate contract research and will work with product Sales Executives to prepare and draft product contract paperwork. Candidate will provide customer service to co-workers, sales staff, and clients as well as handling special projects as assigned.

Must be an individual who has at least 3 years office experience with emphasis and possess a general knowledge of software contracts. The candidate should have the ability to succeed in a self directed and/or team environment, as well as display excellent customer service
skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills are a plus, as well as being able to work in past paced environment. Experience in managing multiple priorities and with Microsoft office is necessary.
