Primarily responsible for all Field office leases and Recon sales meetings contracts. In addition, assist Sales Finance team with ad hoc requests, analysis and month-end reporting.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:Manage the lease processing by planning, assisting and following through on all leases in the U.S. by working with the local Field personnel, realtors, attorneys and Stryker Finance to ensure that lease contracts are in accordance with Stryker guidelines and restrictions. This role will be the main point of contact for the Field and will be relied upon to lead the process, develop timelines and follow up with realtors, local personnel and attorneys to ensure that lease contracts are being negotiated and executed in a timely manner. Manage all meetings contracts for the Recon Selling organization - work with the meeting planner, outside partners and Legal to ensure that all contracts meet Stryker legal and financial requirements. This role has a direct impact on our strategy to be incredibly responsive to our customers and on our strategy to grow profit by 20% per year. This will be achieved by finding locations that meet the local branch's requirements to be able to provide great service to its customers and that are in accordance with the expense budget. This role will impact our Field Sales organization, Finance and Legal. The Field Sales organization has 85 leased offices in its 31 branches. The Sales Finance team is made up of 6 employees.Qualifications:
5-10 years experience in each of the following: Manage leases and other contracts for a large publicly held corporation Critically review contracts Excellent financial analysis, reporting and presentation skills Excellent communication skills Excellent organizational, time management and project management skills Good negotiation skills Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, vendors and legal counsel. Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
