Employee Leasing Company in Central NJ is seeking a Controller with 5+ year's combined experience in general accounting and accounting management. Responsibilities include perform analytical reviews of general ledger accounts and financial transactions recorded during monthly closes, conduct monthly, quarterly and year end accounting closes, prepare and analyze spreadsheets, worksheets, trial balance, balance sheet, income statement, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports, audit and support payroll accounting functions, verify and reconcile payroll tax liability balances and resolve any discrepancies with federal, state or local authorities, and monitor A/R, A/P and vendor management.
