Corporate Accountant / Financial Analyst

Position Description:

? Assist in preparation of monthly internal financial and statistical reports for senior management
? Interact with the Company's internal and external auditors to assess accounting implications for certain transactions
? Research and document technical accounting and financial reporting issues
? Interact with the Controls & Compliance organization to research and document accounting policies and procedures
? Ensure that Sarbanes-Oxley requirements met for relevant sections (i.e., External Financial Reporting, FAS123R, etc.)
? Review FASB and SEC accounting and reporting standards
? Reconcile and analyze some key accounts

Qualifications:

? BS degree with an emphasis in Accounting
? Certified Public Accounting (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA)
? 3-5 years related experience in US GAAP,financial reporting, SOX Compliance, account reconciliation, consolodation, adhoc projects
