Corporate Controller

A Client of our is seeking a controller to help providing management with information vital to the decision-making process is a vital duty in this position. Hiring, training, and retaing competent accounting staff. Duties include planning, directing and coordinating all accounting operational functions. As well, as managing the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of consolidated business results.All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Qualifications :
Must have solid communication, technology, analytical and management skills. Candidates must possess knowledge of all aspects of accounting principles generally accepted in the United States. Knowledge of U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission regulations.
