Job Details


*Assist in the execution of the financial unit''s operations through assistance in the daily analysis of financial data and reporting.


*Provides administrative and customer support on the Corporate Finance and Development team by performing a variety of general administrative tasks such as data entry, typing, filing, copying, faxing, assisting with mailings, answering main phone line, etc. and special projects


*Successful candidates will be polished, well-spoken and able to communicate easily with employees at many different levels.


*Must be willing to take on a broad range of duties to ensure the department is running smoothly.


*Creating spreadsheets


*Travel and expense reporting

*Must be able to self manage and work with a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.


*Ability to maintain confidential information.


*Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.


*Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with an ability to learn and grasp new concepts quickly and thrive in a dynamic and changing environment.


*Maintain schedule by maintaining calendars, arranging meetings, conferences, and travel.


*Drafting and composing correspondence in a clear, concise and professional manner


*Proficient in all Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint).
