Credit Analyst (Temporary Position)

Responsible for collection, customer service, and dispute resolution of assigned print advertising receivables across all Time Inc. titles. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for all collections of invoices billed for on-line advertising and will assist in the upfront credit approval process. The position requires extensive interaction with the advertisers, agencies, and magazine sales by phone and e-mail.

The candidate must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and have strong follow up abilities. Strong analytical and decision-making skills are needed to assess each situation and determine the appropriate action. The candidate must be able to prioritize and work independently.

The individual must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, and be able to work independently. A bachelor?s degree in business or finance is preferred, as is three years experience in a credit or customer service environment with heavy telephone customer contact. An advertising background is a plus.
