Credit Union Rep (069079)

JOB DESCRIPTION/REQUIREMENTS:

Provides information on Credit Union products and services to members and prospective members. Sells and promotes these products and services in person by telephone and in writing. Opens new member accounts, performs teller duties and processes loan payments. Services existing accounts through problem solving, responding to inquiries, initiating research when necessary, and following through until resolved.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Administrative: Answer telephones, maintain logs/records, organizational skills, proficiency with numbers, research information, time management, train employees, use computerized databases, written and verbal communications.

Machine: Calculator, personal computer.

Physical Demands: Speech clarity, repetitive motions?making frequent movements with fingers and hands, standing?remaining on one?s feet in an upright position, sitting?remaining in the normal seated position, handling/seizing, holding, grasping, or otherwise working with hands.

Vision Requirements: Able to pass standardized color vision test, as required by test performed. License/Certification/Education: Normally High School Diploma or equivalent w/1-3 years of experience.
