Custom Units Finance Manager

CITY: Oshkosh STATE: Wisconsin COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
Key member of cross-functional team for Mulit-Stage, Single Stage, Oil Free Screw, & Turbo Expander product lines
Support regular business reviews of potential orders, actuals, forecasts, & profitability
Cost accounting ownership including monthly reconciliations for Estimated Costs Accrued, Liquidated Damages, & Cost of Quality
Develop profitability models to support pricing & growth decisions
Drive process improvement and simplification in the current financial systems
Develop and monitor models to track productivity & direct material savings
Work with FP&A team to develop Sales/CM projection for critical planning cycles (SI, SII and OP)

Qualifications/Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years progressive financial experience
BS in Accounting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to lead and influence in order to drive change
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
Superior Excel skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently

Desired:
FMP / CAS Graduate
Green Belt / Black Belt / LEAN certified
Business Objects, Oracle, & PowerPoint experience
