Customer Service Project Specialist

Position is the Order to Cash (OTC) Business Processes Team Lead for the Customer Service Group responsible for the their special projects, Customer Service and Sales & Marketing Groups' ISO related document management, and all eBusiness related activities. It oversees and conducts training in business related processes and procedures for the Customer Service Group, all new Customer Service Representatives, and customers. He/She will be backup for the Pricing & Sales Support Specialist and for Customer Service Representatives.
Qualifications:
High school graduate with exceptional adherence to detail, accuracy, problem solving and demonstrated leadership abilities. Must be able to work in a fast paced, professional environment that requires flexibility and some overtime.
Demonstrated small group training preferred. Must be able to speak in front of small to medium groups at all levels. Must be able to travel and conduct on-site training as needed.
Demonstrate a professional attitude and conduct him/her self in a professional manner when resolving conflicts with customers, peers, and management. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Must be able to write and/or edit technical documents supporting business processes.
Requires knowledge and skills in a B2B manufacturing environment, understand web based activities and language. Must develop and maintain a working knowledge of an Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) environment for OTC used in a customer service role (preferably SAP implemented on a global template), and other order entry systems. Strong understanding of all OTC functions is also strongly preferred. Must advanced level user in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS Windows, Internet Explorer, and web-based portals, etc.
