We are looking for recent College Graduates possessing a degree in Finance/Economics to fill multiple positions.

The Client Support Associate will support client utilization of products and services by providing first level user support on these products in a fast-paced telephone environment. This position is an opportunity to gain experience within the Financial Services Industry. The successful candidate will demonstrate superior client-service initiative driven by the desire to participate in personal, team, and company-wide achievement. Word elements include user/application support, knowledge of a wide variety of data content, financial analysis, and a fundamental understanding of how different clients use the data from a research perspective in order to guide them to the appropriate product and search accordingly. You must have 1-2 years of experience within a financial company and must have an understanding of the financial markets.

 Provide first level client support on all products supported by Product Support. First level includes providing data content, validation, functionality and overall support. Provide first level technical support on all products supported by product support. First level includes the ability to troubleshoot and resolve all common technical and installation issues. Develop and maintain the ability to effectively and efficiently escalate issues to senior support members as needed to ensure timely response to client inquiries and issues. Assume ownership of all client issues and do whatever necessary to resolve to the client's satisfaction. Utilize appropriate customer service skills and behaviors to effectively communicate and resolve client issues. Behaviors and skills include responsiveness, effective communication, knowledge and resourcefulness, follow through and follow up. Teamwork ? work well with other Product Support Specialists. Will ask for (and give) support to other representatives. Considered a team player by peers. Utilize the client service helpdesk database to record all product support and service call actively. Communicate all service trends and unresolved problems to Senior Support member or Manager. Keep in constant contact with the client until the service call is resolved to the client's satisfaction.

Qualifications:Bachelor?s degree. Concentration in Economics, Management, Finance or Business preferred. 1-2 Years of Experience in the Financial Industry. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and make effective decisions. Ability to work productively as a contributing member of a team. Ability to work well under pressure.
